From Luke 15:8-10, Jesus continues to teach and reinforce to us how we should join Him in seeking to bring lost people back to God.

From Luke 15:3-7, we reflect on how Jesus is seeking to find lost sheep. 

From Luke 15:1-2, we reflect on how Jesus attracted people to Himself as the ‘friend of sinners’. 

From Luke 14:34-35, we reflect on why it’s vital to remain ‘salty’, what this means and how we can do it. 

From Luke 14:16-24, we reflect on how we can become better at inviting people to freedom and eternal life in Christ. 

Today, from Luke 14:12-14, we reflect on how Christ-like hospitality and friendship is to mark God’s people. 

Carrying on from yesterday’s devotional, I wanted to think a little more about our ministry of being witnesses to the light. 

All life flows from God, and all forms of life - spiritual and natural - speak of the existence and nature of God. 

Today, we reflect on how faith - often imperfect faith - will lead us to attempt difficult things. 

Be inspired by God's mercy and coming judgment to help people to become fruitful

Jesus wants to give you courage by promising that He will give you the help of the Holy Spirit when you are under pressure. 

We will publicly acknowledge our faith if we are filled with a vision of the greatness and love of God. 

Jesus experienced rejection for His message and so will we. So let’s be content to be like Christ and to seek Jesus for perseverance.
